Cobalt International Energy shares increased 1.51 percent on nearly double the average daily volume Friday to close at $26.97 a share. The company announced that test results from the Cameia #2 well in Block 21 did not produce measurable hydrocarbons, but did “confirm the existence of a lower interval potentially capable of high flow rates across the basin.”
